Can I stop one person from calling me on Locksee?

Yes. Per-chat permissions let you switch off audio and video calls for one person only. You can also hide your photo, last seen, online status, screenshots, notifications, or QR share for that chat.

What happens if someone shares my Locksee QR?

Sharing your QR is not silent. If someone tries to pass it on, you get a QR share alert. You can also set a scan limit so the code stops after a number of uses you choose.

How Locksee keeps chats private

Encryption protects the content. QR identity protects how people find you. Lock tools protect the phone in someone else’s hand.

End-to-end encryption

Every Locksee chat, voice call, and video call is encrypted on the device before it leaves. Locksee cannot open the content or sit in on a call.

QR identity (no phone number)

Locksee does not use a phone number or email as identity. You add someone by showing or scanning a QR code. If they do not have your code, they do not have a way in.

QR scan limit

You can cap how many times a QR can be scanned. After that limit the code stops working. Refresh it when you want a clean door.

Ghost Mode

Ghost Mode lets the internet stay on while you appear offline. Incoming chats and calls do not show you as available.

Per-chat permissions

Privacy is per person. For one chat you can hide profile picture, last seen, online status, screenshots, notifications, or QR share, and switch off audio and video calls so that person cannot ring you.

Sealed groups and group calls

Adding someone to a Locksee group or group call does not hand the room their phone number, profile, or QR. Members cannot browse each other like a directory.

Lock Chat

Lock Chat PIN-protects a single conversation. Encryption hides content from servers. The PIN hides it from the next person who unlocks your phone.

Screenshot protection

Locksee can block screenshots on sensitive threads so a private talk is harder to capture and forward.

Self-destruct messages

Messages can vanish after they are read, or after a timer you choose, so a chat does not have to live in a gallery forever.

Wallpaper per chat

Each conversation can have its own wallpaper. A work thread and a family thread do not have to look the same.

Zero data collection
