Yes. Locksee is free to download and use on the App Store and Google Play. Core messaging and calling features are free.

Do I need a phone number to use Locksee?

No. Locksee is numberless. Scan a QR or show yours. No SIM, email, or public directory is required to add a friend.

Can Locksee read my messages?

No. Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted on your device. Locksee cannot read your chats or listen to your calls.

What is Ghost Mode in Locksee?

Ghost Mode lets the internet stay on while you appear offline. People who message or call you do not see you as available.

Can I stop one person from calling me on Locksee?

Yes. Per-chat permissions let you switch off audio and video calls for one person only. You can also hide your photo, last seen, online status, screenshots, notifications, or QR share for that chat.

What happens if someone shares my Locksee QR?

Sharing your QR is not silent. If someone tries to pass it on, you get a QR share alert. You can also set a scan limit so the code stops after a number of uses you choose.

Do Locksee group calls leak phone numbers?

No. Adding someone to a Locksee group or group call does not show their number, profile, or QR to the rest of the room. Members cannot browse each other like a directory.

Lock Chat PIN-protects a single conversation so it stays hidden if someone else unlocks your phone.

Where can I download Locksee?
